Lipsa Jha

Lipsa grew up in India and graduated with physics majors. She started her career as a programmer with an IT firm in 2004. She went on to do her master’s in business management at MIT Sloan. Currently, she is a Managing Director with Sia Partners leading Insurance practice. She advises clients on technology transformation with a focus on data and digital.

She loves to travel and spend time with her toddler niece in her free time.
